Nollie is a $177 million urban mixed-use development by Milhaus in Tempe, AZ. It consists of 219 apartments and an approximately 4,000 SF amenity space for residents. Basi Collective designed, sourced, and managed the interior and exterior FFE amenities package, as well as a 1-bedroom model unit.
