Basi Collective designed and managed the interiors and furnishings for Ora, a $58 million development in North Kansas City, MO. The project included 275 apartments and a standalone clubhouse that provides an open leasing reception and residential lounge, co-working space with meeting rooms, billiards room, fitness studio, package receiving, as well as outdoor amenities such as a pool and dog run.

We’re proud to share that almost 90% of the artwork featured throughout the property was by independent Midwest artists, with most from MO. The property also features a handful of custom furnishings by local artisans made from wood harvested in the region.
